Comfort Food is my little self care project that's been inspired by a lot of tough feelings in 2020.

I thought this year was going to be about balance and foresight, but instead it's been about adjustment to a lot of scary changes.

I know that I could use a dose of comfort food, so, I thought, why not share it?

In essence, it's a big feelings newsletter, but focused on things that comfort me.
